End User gets the option of EDIT for custom OTBI report

Summary:

Hi Team,

We created and OTBI report using General Ledger -Journals real time subject area, In the permissions window we have given full access only to BI administrator role and OPEN access to a custom role.

We have an end user who is having GL Manager role and above mentioned custom role, When end user trying to access the OTBI report he/she is able to view and edit the report, we don't want end users to edit the report. Could you please help on what we are missing?
