Error using Redwood template smart search page

Summary:

I've tried to follow the youtube video Extending Oracle Fusion Apps with Visual Builder from Oracle Developers.

At Minute 28 the Guide for the Smart Search Page Template begins.
I create a new App UI, open the main-start page and chose the page template "Smart Search Page Template".

In the video the Page Template loads.

For me the page dosn't load.
Instead i get the following error:

Could not evaluate expression $page.functions.constructFilters($page.variables.filterCriterion, $page.variables.selectContextValue): TypeError: $page.functions.constructFilters is not a function
