Purchase Order is not being communicated to bcc recipient

Summary:

We have enabled the BCC field on the Purchase Order UI and added a default email value using Page Composer. The BCC value is visible on the PO screen; however, when communicating the PO to the supplier, the email is not being sent to the BCC recipient.

Additionally, please advise if there are any seeded configurations required for the BCC field to function.
