Project-specific pegging for soft pegged items

Summary:

We have items for which attribute Hard Pegging Level is set to None, but we do have some sales order demand and supplies (work order and on hand) with project associated for the same. Since item attribute Hard Pegging Level is set to None, demand and supply records not showing project and task information within Supplies and demands.

Our basic need is to see the project and task information for items within supplies and demands even though item attribute Hard Pegging Level is set to None. For these items we do not want new planned orders to carry project and task information hence Hard Pegging Level is set to None.
