Collect supply from transfer orders for supply planning where source organization is not planned

We have a requirement to collect transfer orders as incoming supply into supply planning where only destination org is planned

We are using supply planning with external data source for collections.

We have transfer orders from Org 1 to Org 2. The item is enabled for planning only in Org 2.

Our requirement is to collect the transfer orders into planning as incoming supply.

But FBDI load for TransferOrders.csv fails with the error that the item is not valid in Org1.

Any ideas how we can bring this supply information into the collections for the Org2?
