Transfer from Inventory to Costing with error project status doesn't allow you to create transaction

Hello,
When we run the process "Transfer Transactions from Inventory to Costing", we receive the following error:
"The project status doesn't allow you to create transactions."

The issue happens because the inventory transaction is linked to a project that has the status "Closed".

We would like to understand how to resolve this situation:

• Is it possible to adjust or reopen the project temporarily to process the transaction? Doc ID Number?
• Or is there any way to replace or remove the project reference from the inventory transaction before transferring it to Costing?
