External candidates are not receiving acknowledgment notification on their applications.

Question 1:
How can we confirm whether the candidate has received the email after enabling the Capture Message feature?

Question 2:
Are there any additional configurations or checks required other than below steps to verify the notification setup?

Step1 : I have verified the CSP in Job Requisition

Step 2 : Verified the Templates are attached in CSP , State and Phase is NEW - YES it is attached

Step 3 : Verified the template is active in Recruiting content library - YEs it is active
