RSSP: Customize fields in "Create PR" and "Cart" separately by Visual Builder Studio

Is it possible to apply different Visual Builder Studio customizations to the “Create Request” page launched from Smart Forms and the “Edit Request” page from the cart?

For example, we’d like to hide the “Note to Receiver” field on the Create Request page, but keep it visible on the Requisition Line Details page.

Our end users need this for efficiency: they enter only the minimum required fields on Create Request, then in the cart they complete all details using Edit Multiple Lines.
Currently this isn’t feasible because “Note to Receiver” is set as required and appears on the initial screen, forcing users to enter it there.
