Hi,

How to remove the 2FA when create the new rule under the security console > user category > two factor authentication?

It it is a must to tick/ select either one of the PIN delivery method, no option for me to unselect all the selection.

Due to there is an API project between my Oracle fusion with the middleware which will have message or data transfer back from the middleware to fusion, so the access has to keep without any 2FA, as the setup is not able to verify the 2FA code.
