Auto-Update of Position Profile from Requisition Details

Hi, We have below requirement. Please confirm whether this is feasible through standard functionality, configuration

Description:
Currently, when a Position Profile is assigned under a Position, the details such as Profile Description, Position Description, and Position Responsibilities automatically flow into the requisition during creation.

However, if a Position Profile is not assigned, hiring managers manually enter these details at the requisition level by copy-pasting the information.

We would like to understand if Oracle can provide functionality — or if any configuration already exists — that allows the details entered in the requisition (Profile Description, Position Description, and Responsibilities) to automatically update the Position Profile
