Question Regarding IP Allowlisting

We would like to use the IP Allowlisting feature to restrict login access to specific IP addresses.

Do we also need to register the IP addresses of the sources that call the Eloqua API?
For example, we have a development project where our server calls the Eloqua API to retrieve contact data and store it on our server.
In this case, should the related server IPs also be added to the allowlist?
