When HR emp creates a record in workforcestructures Position on REDWOOD, the record does't appear

Summary:

When HR emp creates a record in workforcestructures (Position,job..)on REDWOOD, the record does't appear IMMEDIATELY !

When We added "Human Resource Analyst" roles HR user, who view record immediatly. Because these roles have right privlleges of this situation. 

Please say to us which privillege provide this. We have to add that privilleges on our custom HR roles.

Note:

HR employees can only see the record after the "Compute Users ACL by Events" job runs.

However, HR specialists should not have to wait for this job to complete in order to see the data.
