Unable to see data while accessing database actions from sql-developer ORDS

Summary:

We have migrated ADB ords to customer managed ORDS and till then we are unable to see data while accessing database actions from sql-developer ORDS.

We are not able to see data by navigating through any page like user-management. Even when doing select query also no output is shown.
