How to notify supplier contact after the responses to the questionnaire are accepted

Hi,

We want to notify the supplier contact about the acceptance responses to the questionnaire sent to them. Currently, the supplier contact is not receiving an FYI notification after the responses have been reviewed and accepted by the qualification owner.
