How to bring Bill To into Demand Management Cloud

Summary: We are bringing data into Demand Management from OPS source where the Customer dimension is getting data at the Ship To level lowest level. We would like to continue getting Ship To data but require one of the levels above it would be plan to.

Is there a configuration setting which would cause the OPS based collections to also bring in Bill To data and have the hierarchy structure already in place?
