Unexpected Dynamic Time Series behaviour with Time Balance Properties

I am trying to display YTD Values for different time balance accounts. Flow and Average Accounts work as expected showing aggregate and average values respectively. However when account has Weighted Average - Actual_Actual or Weighted Average - Actual_365, Dynamic time series YTD/QTD values display aggregating values instead of Weighted daily average, based on the number of days.

Below is SmartView retrieval showing behaviour. I don't think aggregation is expected against accounts tagged as time balance Weighted average. Interestingly Q1, Q2… YearTotal values are as expected for these accounts.
