How to customize the display name on home screen?

We tried to customize the display name on home screen from [first name][space][last name] to [last name][space][first name] with the way written on the CCC below, but the display name didn't change.
Does the change of "Manage Person Name Format" page from classic format to Redwood format relate with this problem?
