Standard Mapping Issue Between ERP and EPM – Unable to Update Dimension/Classification Column Names

Hello everyone,

 

We are currently implementing an Oracle EPM project, specifically integrating Oracle Cloud ERP with EPM.

Using Data Exchange, we set up a data load to bring actual data from the source "Oracle Cloud ERP (GL Balances) FRCOA" into EPM. We have noticed an issue with the standard mapping between ERP and EPM for dimension/classification column names.

 

For example, the classification 'Account' is mapped to the dimension name 'Ledger' or 'Entity' to 'Scenario' which does not match. The main problem is that, because this is a standard connection, it seems impossible to modify or customize these mappings (please see attached screenshot of FRCOA Application).
