Customer Specific UoM Conversion

Summary:

Is it possible to create customer specific UoM conversion for an item?

Example: For Customer X -- Box is 2 Each, Customer Y -- Box is 4 Each, Customer Z -- Box is 6 Each.

When any of these customer places the order in Box, the corresponding Each qty should be delivered.

In Case of item specific UoM conversion, for Box we can set only 1 conversion.
Item cross references or trading partner items do not have UoM/Volume to specify.

How can this be achieved? Please share your thoughts.
