we want to update the Purchase Order (PO) details when the status of the PO is "OPEN"

Hi,
we want to update the Purchase Order (PO) details when the status of the PO is "OPEN".

We are importing the PO from SAP Ariba to Oracle. Once the PO is created in Oracle and a Change/update order request is received from SAP Ariba to update an PO. We want to update Header details, update/add Line, update/add Line-location and update/add distribution details using REST API respectively.

Can you please share the REST API details that I can use to perform the above operations when the PO status is in "OPEN"
