How Oracle Quality Management handle inspection priorities, reassignments, and performance tracking?
I would like to understand what available functionality and required setup in Oracle Quality Management Cloud for the following scenarios:
- The Quality Manager assigns inspection tasks to users. Inspectors access the Inspection Workbench, view inspections sorted by priority, and complete high-priority tasks first to avoid production delays.
- In case an assigned inspector is unavailable or on leave, the manager updates the Assigned To field to reassign pending inspections to another user.
- How can we track the performance of inspectors and their assigned inspection tasks?
