DFF in Position object needs approval

in HCM Experience Design Studio: Autocomplete Rules

Summary:

We have created a DFF (Level of Work) in position field. For this we need to have approval.

Requirement:

a. If level of work is less than 4, the position approval should go to General Manager of Performance and Reward (AOR)

b. If level of work is greater than or equal to 4, the position approval should go to manager's manager

We have added these things in conditions, but it is not working as expected. Please help us with the solution at the earliest.
