Error when Submitting “Recalculate Payroll for Retroactive Changes” Flow Using REST API

I am facing an issue while submitting the payroll flow “Recalculate Payroll for Retroactive Changes” using the Oracle Fusion HCM REST API. When I try to submit the flow, I receive an HTTP 400 (Bad Request) error. However, when I check the Fusion application, the flow shows the status “In Progress” and never moves to “Completed.” I have verified all the key details such as the flow pattern ID, legislative data group, parameter IDs, and date format, and everything appears to be correct. Additionally, when I tried scheduling this flow through the REST API, the API returned a 200 status,
