How to copy 'File Type' attribute value from CPQ in SOA to create new Quote using WSDL

Attribute Factory Attached Files (factoryAttachedFiles) where we are attaching file.
We want to extract the file and then we want to add the file to the new Quote through WSDL.

Is there is any way?
