System not honouring Fixed Days Supply For Some Items

Summary:

For Some Items System not honouring Fixed Days Supply.

For example in the attached screenshot, System is creating partial Planned Orders ahead of schedule even while the PAB is positive

And then again creating planned orders after 4 days when it is supposed to create the Planned Orders based on FDS (that too one days after PAB turns negative)

The FDS for this item is 30 days
