Unable to load job application in ORC

in HCM REST APIs

Summary:

We have a requirement to build a real-time job application integration between a third-party Hosted Apply application and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). When a candidate applies for a job through the Hosted Apply application, the integration should immediately create the corresponding candidate and job application records in ORC.

Since Oracle does not provide a delivered REST API to create job applications, we used HCM Data Loader (HDL) for this purpose. However, the HDL process currently takes approximately 2.5 minutes to load a single job application, which adversely affects the real-time candidate experience.

Please provide any other potential approaches or optimizations to reduce the job application load time from minutes to seconds, as well as any alternative methods or workarounds that can help achieve a more responsive and seamless integration experience.
