Is there an API or FBDI Template to bulk upload employees to add then as Resources

in Enterprise Contracts

Summary:

We have a business requirement to add 8000+ employees as Resources, so that they can be added in the Parties tab as Stakeholders to review the new enterprise contracts being created/already imported via DM in oracle fusion.

If anyone has done this activity in any of your projects, please let us know.

Is there any API or FBDI template in SCM or HCM Oracle fusion please share.
