Incumbents not supported in Business Rules for Edit/Correct Position

in Visual Builder Studio for HCM

Summary:

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to build a condition on if a position posses incumbents a message should be triggered.

I have been able to build this rule successfully on the page My Client group > Workforce Structure> Request a Position change.
However now i need to build this same rule on My Client group > Workforce Structure> Positions, and this does not work. I believe this was working fine recently but not it does not. have anyone else encountered this same issue?

Previously i remember doing the setup using Assignment number (incumbents) != null

Now none of the following is working see screenshot below.
