How to restrict employees access to public Task Library in Personal Development Journeys?

Hi All,

We are introducing Oracle Grow to employees and leveraging the option to create personal development journeys.

When the employee tries to create task they are having the option to select a task from Admin Task Library. The business requirement is not to give access to the public task library and this can be achieved by removing the privilege: Use REST Service - All Tasks in Journey Task Library Read Only. But what we noticed is that when this privilege is removed, the employee loses access to their own personal task library. Is there a way to separate these two? Can the employee still access their saved personal tasks while not getting access to the public or
