Unable to get cost and profitability output in supply planning

Summary:

we are running a constrained supply plan in oracle fusion and want to get a cost and profitability analysis i plan output.we use FBDI Templates to upload data into the system.
The default measure catalog in using includes measures like revenue and cost. But in our plan output the table for cost, profit or revenue shows no data.
Questions:
For Revenue which template or fields should be uploaded to get the output showing the revenue per item?
Is there any specific configuration or method to have a complete cost and profitability analysis?
