Restrict modification of a specific Document Record type (Driver Licence) for custom HR role

Summary:

Hello,

We are working on Oracle Fusion HCM and we have a business requirement related to Document Records security.

We have restricted Create, Update and Delete actions for the document record type Driver Licence, except for the roles Employee and Human Resource Specialist.

However, we recently created a custom HR role (based on HR Specialist) which should behave as follows:

• On My Client Groups: the user should view only the Driver Licence document record (no create/update/delete).
• On Me (self-service): the same user (through the Employee role) should be able to create or update their own Driver Licence document.
