Separate hiring team flowing to Offer team apart from Default behavior to include all

Summary:

We are currently using Oracle Recruiting Cloud and have encountered a challenge where the Hiring team directly follows to the Offer team under requisitions. Our requirement is to customize the system so that we can specify and pull only a defined list of collaborators to be part of the Offer team, without automatically including all members from the Hiring team.

Please inform us if this functionality can be achieved through a configuration or customization via VBS in Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
