Hi Team,

Currently, the "AI assist" Goal item Manager evaluation Comments are being getting from the employee's goal plan’s description, completion %. This results in similar comments for employees who have the same goal plan descriptions.
We have tested this multiple times with prompts asking for balanced reviews and to consider employee comments –> despite this, similar output is being provided that only points to the goals’ description. This is actually not useful. Screenshots attached.

Is there any feasibility to customize the AI Assist source pull from Employee comments? Please advise.
