Home Page Personalization Lost

in Human Capital Management

Hello everybody,

We are facing the following issue: Sometimes when some users login into Oracle HCM Cloud, the home page lost it's personalization for no reason as you can see on the screen. As I said, it happens only for some users and we've already ask to clean the browser's cache and even open the browser on incognito page and the same is happening. Release is 25C (11.13.25.07.0). Thanks a lot for the help :)

The original screen must show the customer personalization
