How to exclude Hire an employee for some roles under new person tab

Hi Team,

I have a requirement: I need to hide the "Hire an Employee" task for some roles under the "New Person" Tab.

And below is the navigation.

My Workforce →New Person→Hire an Employee

So, I need to hide that Hire an Employee option for some roles. That means whoever has those roles is assigned, those are not acces to this task.

I tried with the page composer, but it's not working.

Maybe I need to remove this privilege: "ORA_PER_EMPLOYEE_HIRE_DUTY ". But how can I restrict it?
