'Same As' column function in reports no longer working

Summary:

I am no longer to use the 'Same as' function for columns in Reports. I have followed the steps from Oracle.docs below. There is no longer a Members tab but a drop-down at the bottom of the screen that does not include 'Same As'.

It is also not included in the functions options.
