learning alert: use flexfield info as a recipient

Hi all,

our customer uses a descriptive flexfield (PER_ASG_DF) with a text boyx where they can add the collective e-mail address of the employee. Now they want to create learning alerts and add those e-mail adresses as a recipient. Is there somehow a way to use the information of this DFF in the recipient section of an alert?
