How to use the replenishment plan for measure based segment criteria in Replenishment Planning?

Summary:

Attempting to utilize measured based segmentation. Requirement is to create segments based on total demand/average daily demand. These are delivered measures within Oracle Replenishment Planning.

Issue:

When setting up segment criteria and attempting to select a plan there are only demand plans available no replenishment plans. This is an issue because the average daily demand is calculated only within replenishment planning (Uses horizon for daily demand in formula which is part of the policy assignment set). Therefore segmentation will error out due to no data. This is because demand management can calculate average daily demand.

Why am I not able to use the replenishment plan for measure based segment criteria?
