401 Unauthorized Error in Production OIC While Invoking Fusion BI Publisher runReport SOAP Service

Summary:

I have developed an integration in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to fetch data from Fusion using the runReport SOAP web service (ExternalReportWSSService). The integration works fine in the Test OIC environment when pointing to the Test Fusion instance. However, after migrating the same integration to the Production OIC environment and updating the connection to point to the Production Fusion instance, the integration fails with the following error:

FaultDetails : javax.xml.ws.WebServiceException: Error while dispatching SOAP message to the endpoint https://enhj.fa.em3.oraclecloud.com:443/xmlpserver/services/ExternalReportWSSService:javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: Bad response: 401 Unauthorized
