How to generate a query to download the summarized PPM budget, expenditures and commitments in ESS?

We are having some issues with the synchronization of the amounts appearing in Review Project Performance and the baseline budget, total expenditures (Manage Project Costs) and total commitments (Manage Committed Costs). In order for the team that supports PPM to be proactive, we would like to compare the information in the PPM tables to the ESS summarized information. This way we would identify the discrepancies and take care of them. These discrepancies are causing that the functional users are not confident with the data being provided by the system. A member of the community has suggested using
