Compliance Ready: Email Sending in Eloqua

Email compliance is no longer optional. Compliance Ready in Eloqua is the stage where validated sender addresses, bounceback alignment, MX routing, and signature rules come together to ensure every email is trusted, deliverable, and audit ready.

Oracle announced that Sender From Address Validation enforcement begins in November 2025. From that point forward, any “From” address that has not been validated will be blocked from sending. Emails and templates created before enforcement remain in Eloqua, but if they reference an unvalidated “From” address, they cannot send until validated.
