APEX : Increase the PL/SQL capacity to take more than 4000 characters

Hello,

In APEX the PL/SQL script is limited to 4000 characters, which is not enough to develop some functionalities, It is easier to have the script directly on APEX rather then on a procedure on the data base.

It would be great if the maximum number could be increased.
