EPBCS Smartview issues after WebView2 update

We've started having connection issues with EPBCS after a recent Microsoft update. Curious if any others are having similar issues. It appears to have started around 10/31 or 11/01 after WebView2 was updated to 142.0.3595.53.

When connecting, we're getting either 401 Authorization Required or Smartview is not a Shared Services provider. Issue seems to happen intermittently with all our EPBCS instances and doesn't matter where the connection is coming from.

Has anyone else started seeing issues after the most recent Microsoft update?
