Does Oracle BI Publisher Support WPS Office for Excel Templates and Plugin Use?

Hi,

We’re currently evaluating WPS Office as an alternative to Microsoft Office and would like to confirm its compatibility with Oracle BI Publisher.

Specifically, we’re seeking clarification on the following points:

  1. Excel Templates: Can BI Publisher successfully import XML data using Excel templates that were created or edited in WPS Office?
  2. Taleo Reports: Is it possible to modify Taleo report templates using WPS Office and maintain full compatibility with BI Publisher?
  3. Plugin Support: Can the Oracle BI Publisher plugin (Template Builder) be installed and used in WPS Office in the same way as in Microsoft Excel?
