Same Source Appearing twice for Procurement Policy Advisor Agent

Summary:

We are experiencing two issues while using the prebuilt Procurement Policy Advisor in AI Agent Studio. We uploaded two documents—a procurement policy and an internal purchasing guide—into the Document tool.

First, when we receive responses from the Agent, the same source appears twice.

Second, when we ask a question with content present in both documents, only one document is listed twice as the source, instead of showing both documents as sources.
