Custom deep link to OTBI report in Payslip Redwood page

in HCM Redwood Personalization Helper Tool

Summary:

I've uploaded screenshot of responsive UI payslip, as you can see in screenshot we have a link - "Annual Tax Summary" embedded at top, on hovering over it, you can see link to report at bottom of the page.

 

We want to know how to add same link in redwood page, the link pointing to report is a custom report from my organization.
