Supplier Registration (INTERNAL) issue

Hi Team,

When using the New Supplier option to register an Internal Supplier, I clicked the Register Supplier button to start the registration process. In between, I clicked the Cancel button and then clicked Register again.

In this case, the system displays the following error message:

"We couldn't load this page."

Is there any solution or workaround for this issue?
