SLA rule based on billing event

Hi PPM Gurus,

We have requirement as below. If our client is paying the license costs as part of Implementation which is actual costs with margin to be accrued for revenue.

Our model is Event based billing Vs Revenue is on actuals. When we do the billing in PPM, the accounting is being picked from customer site level. Do we have option to define SLA rules/accounting projects which drives the account segment based on the Event type.

Example- If user select Event Type# AAA- it should go to specific account and rest of segments should be defaulted from Customer site. If user select Even Type other than AAA, then all segments should be defaulted from Customer site
