How to keep track of the creation date, created by of the journal batch deleted itself

Summary:

I have enabled audit on Journal Batch, Journal Header. They both don't track the insert action.

What to do in case when User A created a random journal A, say at 3:00pm today and then User B delete it at 9:00pm today.

Now by reviewing the GL_JE_HEADERS_ table, I can only see a delete row at 9:00pm by User B. Where can I get the information of User A created a random journal A at 3:00pm, given the journal is deleted by others?
