Process Employee with Zero Salary in Payroll – Accrual Calculator Error

Summary:

Hi Team, We are facing an issue while processing payroll for an employee whose salary has been changed to zero. Ealier, the employee had a salary of 10,000 up to October.

Using the Change Salary option, we updated the salary to 0 effective from November. When running the payroll, we’re encountering the following error: Error: Error was encountered when processing payroll relationship XXXX. The Annual Leave Accrual Calculator element couldn’t be successfully processed. The ANNUAL LEAVE ACCRUAL CALCULATOR processing formula couldn’t be successfully processed. The formula execution couldn’t be processed. An external function call error occurred for formula ORA_ACCRUAL_CALCULATOR, line 199. We would like to include this employee in payroll even though the salary is zero.
